Recipes: Banana Crumb bread

Happy Friday! I hope everyone had a great week. This week, I got inspired to get my back to baking. Since Matt bought me a kitchenaid mixer for Christmas, the only think I've used it for was for mashed potatoes. Yes, I use it for mashed potatoes. This make them creamier and fluffier! So here's one of my favorite recipes. It's great for breakfast with a cup of coffee.

Ingredients:

Dry
1 ½ cups all- purpose flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp baking powder
½ Tsp salt

Wet
3 Bananas
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup melted butter
1 Tbsp milk

Crumbs
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp butter

1.     Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F and grease 9x5 loaf pan
2.     Mix your dry ingredients. Set a side
3.     Mix wet ingredients
4.     Mix dry and wet mixture together and put the batter in the pan
5.     In a separate bowl mix the Crumb ingredients and sprinkle on top of the batter
6.     Bake for 50 minutes. Use the toothpick method to check if the bread is fully baked.
