Baby Back Ribs

We like hosting parties at our house. I love cooking for a lot of people and it’s always nice to have friends over. In almost all the parties we’ve hosted, our friend Brooke and her husband Jon are always present. Also Brooke is a great cook! This means we always have amazing food. She made some baby back ribs for our super bowl party and it was epic! She sent me over the recipe from Epicurious and I wanted to share it with you. Who doesn’t like baby back ribs right? But I don’t like those super sweet sauces that everyone just puts on the ribs right after they grill them. So the sauce from this recipe was perfect.

5 tablespoons honey
¼ cup bourbon
1 ½ tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 table spoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon plum sauce
1 ½ teaspoons mild-flavored (light) molasses
1 ½ teaspoon soy sauce
1 ½ Worcestershire sauce
¾ teaspoon hot chili paste
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 ½ lbs. racks baby back ribs
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

Make sure to try out this recipe for your next gathering!
