banana muffins
Ok, I can't find the link to the recipe. I know, stupid me. But I'll try to remember everything. :)
preheat oven to 375 degrees (Fahrenheit)
mixed all the dry ingredients ( 1 1/2 all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsp baking soda)
mashed 4 ripe bananas and add 1 cup sugar
mix it, then add 1 and 1/2 stick of unsalted butter and vanilla extract, mix, eggs and
add the dry ingredients
make sure you spray your pan with non stick oil spray. (whatever those things are called)
baked it for 18 minutes. But make sure you do the tooth pick trick. poke the muffins to check of its fully baked.
it was gone in a couple of days.
