some DIY and eating and thrifting

I met up with my friend victoria. she just got back from hawaii and did soem catching up. we went to goodwill for some thrifting. found a bunch of stuff. see that blue bag I have, that's all from the thrift store. will show you soon my purchases. I will post it on my "recently purchased august edition". We ate some awesome food at Mimi's cafe. Of course I got my favorite muffins! 

We found some high waisted shorts at the thrift store. But victoria wanted to do a do it yourself thing. So I helped her of course. I did some ripping on the shorts.

cut the shorts diagonally measuring it by folding

started the ripping method I usually do.

I cut through the shorts and starts pulling the blue thread leaving the white thread behind.

cut more to extend the rip. make sure you put it in the laundry so the rips look more distressed and vintage.

made a dress for sittie from the jeans!
